Do you have Google's Gmail? Don't need it? Here's a little trick. If you don't use Gmail, sign up for a free account anyway and have it download all your email from your regular POP3 account automatically. You get enough storage space to store years and years of email. THEN, if you ever lose your Outlook file...and the backup file is corrupt...you can go to your Google mail account and search through years of email in a split second. Hopefully, you'll never have to use it, but if you ever DO need to use it, you'll be SO HAPPY you tooke the 5 minutes to sign up for the account.Tuesday, January 20, 2009
