Studio B! news

Not only has Studio B! been to a couple of awesome wedding receptions, earlier in Feb, it took took part in it's first Bat Mitzvah and was a huge hit with kids and adults alike. The Studio B! crew had fun too!
In March, Studio B! had the honor of helping make a pre-production party for George Clooneys new movie, Up In The Air. Everyone knows by now it's being filmed in St Louis. For all the interested ladies, yes, George Clooney was there and our crew had a chance to see him, but he didn't have a chance to get in Studio B! Bummer.
With several enhancements and additional Studio B! professionals, it's better than ever for 2009! Thank you to everyone in 2008 who helped make it the best event photography experience in St Louis!

Private Collections 2009, second edition (boudoir)
By popular demand, we'll are now taking reservations for another Private Collections weekend sessions event. (also known as a Boudoir Marathon...). I believe June 27 and 28. Space is limited and already booking so if you're at all interested, please write for information.
I can't thank Sabrina enough for making the weekend the absolute best for everyone involved. I also want to thank Lajuanna for her half of the equation. I sometimes forget to thank her, but she puts in a LOT of work, and makes beautiful images!

mean people suck
I try really hard to stay positive, but today I discovered my GPS had been stolen from my truck, which was sitting in our driveway. Nothing really else to say other than thieves and mean people should have to eat only spinach and liver for the rest of their lives. My apologies for anyone who loves liver and isnt' a mean person.
LESSON LEARNED: Although I often remove the GPS from my truck in "high threat" areas, it will now be removed any time I'm not in the truck.

Wedding Press, Ltd
Thought I’d take a minute and share with you a really cool new company we’ve been talking to… Wedding Press, Ltd. This local company consists of a husband and wife team (like us), committed to the design and execution of what they call a unique “wedding brand”. Here’s how it works, they meet with couples one-on-one to get an understanding of their vision for their perfect wedding day. Through this personal interaction, a theme, concept and or style is established and carried out into all of the print materials related to the wedding. That means uniquely themed save the dates, invitations, tableware, thank you cards and even wedding albums that share a consistent personalized design. We have agreed to work them and are even discussing ways to integrate the photography and our photo album package with their whole “wedding brand” concept. We think this idea of a “branded wedding” sounds really exciting and different. Let us know what you think. More info to come.
